Mealprepdle: build the plate that hits the macros
Mealprepdle is a nutrition guessing game for 2–4 players. Everyone gets the same shelf of foods and the same protein, carb and fat targets, but no nutrition labels. The closest plate wins. Food data comes from USDA FoodData Central.

How to play Mealprepdle
- Each round shows a target plate: calories plus grams of protein, carbs and fat, with a theme like Keto Challenge or Bodybuilder Bulk.
- Pick foods from the shared shelf and choose how many servings of each. Nutrition stays hidden until the reveal.
- Lock in your plate before the round timer runs out. When time is up, whatever you picked is locked in for you.
- Plates are revealed one food at a time and scored by how close they land to the target. A perfect match is worth 1,000 points.
- After the last round, the player with the most points wins. Turn on Biohack Mode to add vitamin targets.
